The Background

EZR Management, a Memphis-based property management company, had tried a number of marketing tactics on its
own. Unfortunately, the company
was struggling to get the results
it
wanted. EZR
wanted professional help to get their marketing efforts on track. Our team was hired to build and implement a marketing strategy to help EZR
reach its business goals.

Our Approach

Despite its
unique approach to property management, EZR didn’t do a great job of communicating what makes it
different from competitors. As part of our marketing strategy process, we recommended a revamp of its
branding and website to better reflect the professionalism of the company and why EZR
is a top choice for property management in Memphis.

We’ve also helped the company
launch a
blog and social media efforts to showcase the owner’s
thought leadership and unique perspective in the property management industry.
We continue to offer support in this area.

The Results

Since launching the refreshed brand and website, EZR Management has seen page views jump by almost 100% and the number of pages per visit have increased by 63%. The bounce rate on the site has dropped dramatically down to only 21%, which is considered extremely good for website performance. In other words, visitors to the site are sticking around, viewing more pages and staying on the site longer. All of this has translated to more interest in the rental properties on the site and even increased inquiries about property management services.
