- Marketing is More Important Than You Think – In my favorite post this week, Mitch Joel at Six Pixels of Separation discusses marketing and how businesses need to embrace social media as part of it.
- Enterpreneurs Tweet Their Way Through Crisis – Is social media part of your crisis communications plan? If not, it should be! This article shows how business owners used social media to communicate with clients when their Web sites were down.
